Gene Ro
President
As a co-founder of C:straight Media, Gene
has helped guide the business, marketing, and operations aspects
of the company. He also helps define and direct the strategic
development of client's solutions.
Prior to forming C:straight Media, Gene held a senior management position at Cable & Wireless. In this role he was responsible for web
marketing, website production, and developing and driving
the corporate online strategy for the global organization.
He had overall responsibility for the CW.com corporate website
and managed a team of Internet professionals in Europe, the
UK, and the US.
Prior to this role, Gene worked in London,
England as the Global e-Communications manager for Cable &
Wireless. In this position, he managed the initial creation
of the CW.com website which included the integration of websites
from 15 corporate acquisitions throughout Europe, Asia, and
the US.
Gene received a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Economics from Rutgers University. He currently resides
in Reston, Virginia.

John Wojciech
Creative Director
John oversees the aesthetic direction of
all the material produced for the clientele of C:straight
Media as well as assisting with the development of the digital
and print projects.
John's B.A. in Studio Art, and M.A. in 2D/3D
Computer Animation/Imaging has launched a 7 year career as
a Web Developer for global companies, Government contractors,
and small-business clients. Most recently, John was employed
by Cable & Wireless as the Web Development Team Lead for the
US and UK, having the responsibility for launching large-scale
websites, micro-sites, and online marketing materials.
His career in development started with Lockheed
Martin, as a Senior Analyst, and has authored many websites
on a freelance basis in the past five years. His project experience
has taken him through all of the digital tools necessary to
create cutting edged web media. He also has extended experience
as a print designer, and fine artist, showing in galleries
in Washington D.C and Baltimore. John lives with his wife and son in Vienna, VA.

Thomas Wear
Vice President of Account Services
As Vice President of Account Services, Thomas Wear spearheads the business development activities of C:straight Media and works closely with new clients in strategic planning. In this role, he partners with clients to develop forward-thinking solutions and then provides all levels of project planning, management, and development oversight.
Thomas joins C:straight Media after working as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Based in Northern Virginia, he provided Intelligence Analysis support to two US government agencies and Critical Infrastructure Analysis support for the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Defense, and commercial clients. In 2006, Thomas lived in Naples, Italy supporting a Booz Allen contract with the US Navy, providing on-site support for the planning and strategy of a global technology transformation effort. Thomas also played an active role in Booz Allen marketing efforts.
Prior to and during his tenure at Booz Allen, Thomas served six years in the 192nd Fighter Wing of the Virginia Air National Guard, US Air Force. He completed his military career in 2006 as an Airfield Management Operations Supervisor. His primary responsibilities included managing all the assets and operations on an airfield, providing flight planning support and guidance to F-16 fighter pilots, and coordinating the real-time response for flight operations emergencies. Secondary responsibilities included publications management, training, classified information management and security, and hazardous cargo inspection. Thomas received multiple awards and decorations during his service, most notably the Air Force Achievement Medal, the Air Force Commendation Medal, and the Virginia 2001 Outstanding Airman of the Year.
Thomas graduated Magna Cum Laude from James Madison University with a B.S. in Computer Science, minoring in Art and Telecommunications. He currently resides in Vienna, Virginia.
